Stunning blankets everyone.
My Charlie is 100% a blanket back now, he has only gained the smallest amount of tan on his thighs and tail in the past six or seven weeks. Here he is now.

If that second collar on his neck is a prong collar, you have it way to low. It should be high on his neck, up behind his ears.
