A recall is something that should never be blown off. So that means practicing it often so it becomes second nature, never using it when the dog can ignore you, and never EVER use it to call them...

Rescues can't force you to neuter/spay your own personal dogs :rolleyes: Just as they can't force you to feed a certain food, require a fence, etc. It may not simply be the fact they're unneutered...

Life isn't perfect and stuff happens especially dealing with a young puppy but I do what I find works...
