Australia has super strict quarantine requirements due to the fact that we don't have a lot of diseases that are common in other countries (we don't have rabies for example)...

My pup had surgery for exactly the same thing - she'd fractured her growth plate in her left front leg and it was growing crooked.
Like us they have 2 bones in their "forearm" one of those bones...

The races for single dogs are anywhere from 2km- 2.8km (1.2 -1.8miles) and they get longer for the bigger dog teams.
He can't beat the GSP's or the Huskies but he can beat the Malamutes...
