Oh and we're boosting the B12 shot to twice a week instead of once a week. His appetite does improve dramatically the day or so after the shot...and then starts to diminish after about the 3rd day...

Oh yeah, my groceries...I try to buy as much local there as possible. I buy 1/2 a beef at a time, chickens/turkeys from the local hutterite colony etc. Food is much better local if you can get it.
