She is looking good! Cats too. How is she doing as far as running goes? I took Ranger out to the property for some long distance fetch. He looks good, but a year and half later I'm still cautious.

Yup, the last time we had to do this we mixed it in vanilla ice cream. One prior event we used a plastic syringe. Neither time required the the full amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide recommended.

I'd probably add in some mental work and lighten up a little on the exercise. Maybe start with a short OB session before you walk/jog and another before you leave for work. Mental work will help tire...

Ranger (intact male) has been "interested" in Tuke for the past few days as if she was in heat. She's spayed, it was done when she was six months of age. Ollie is intact too and he shows no interest...

Not sure about the difference in ingredients/potency ect, but most bear spray will fan out or spray in a "cone" pattern. That may make it more likely to get you too should their be any wind.
