Some of my team is going but it is only a three hour drive. I am doing the HRD scenario, One is doing trailing and two others are doing Air Scent.

The HRD scenario set up was the very best I have ever seen.
We got 4 problems a day based on actual cases they had worked....go in get briefed, work dog, leave report then leave.........after everyone had worked then we got debriefed together and were allowed to go in and work on any problem areas. Also got short motivationals in between. Wide variation of source sizes so we got to work some bigger sources and then tiny ones......A good bit of forensics level stuff (like blood splatter). So all in all very good. The instructors were not trying to "train" us ...all dogs were operational, certified, etc. But pushed us to find the weak points in ourselves and our dogs. Phew.......
