I am holding a human remains detector dog seminar May 16,17,18 in Beaumont Texas. The seminar will include exposure to large,realistic amounts of HR,a diversity of HR in types and ages. There will be a class on Disaster recovery from Hilda Wood,just back from Haiti, Lyn Parsons home on RR from Iraq,legal issues from myself and side scan sonar instruction on the water from myself and head of Sheriff's dept. marine unit. We will work rubble,wilderness, water, buildings,vehicles,rock etc. You will have fun and sleep really well at the end of the day.. haha

That would be great if you did, particularly if you could get past any restrictions on training aid transport or find places where it was "ok" to do so.

I have never run into a problem as I have gone out of state before and am unaware of anything to restrict me from travelling. I am not sure what you are talking about. I know of no place that it is not "ok" What in the world have you been told?

I know there is not much in specific laws in terms of informed consent but you have more freedoms in Texas than we do in terms of placement in waterways etc. We have explicit direction NOT to immerse training aids in water.
I was not being specific - I said "any" restrictions if they did exist.
