Default (SchH)Two awesome training days

It's coming along. We put so much work in these two days that I could see some real progress.

Oh, and she's been on the bite-box for the first time.

Oh, and every single SchH group member got one of that awesome Medal. Got to love Marcus and Christina.

Wow, she looks awesome! (From my unexperienced eye )

What exactly is the purpose of the bite box and the thing she is standing on with her front feet? I have not trained in bite work at all and have no clue.

Oh yes, I loved it. The party was awesome, we all had a great time, great training and I've got to say that this group is simply awesome.

I only had Nala with me and the other two were home with my husband.

This weekend was really productive and I got to work her twice each day in obedience and once in protection. I wish I could work her every week like that.

I had no idea about the medal. I think it's a yearly thing that the group is awarded. Kristina had extra awards on top of that for the group member who got her BH and for Marcus who got the IPO1 on his Tuko.
It was an awesome night and needed.

She's awesome and the obedience is coming along nicely. I have to work more on her positioning and rear-end awareness. That's a little bit our weak spot right now.

Long down is coming along nicely too. However, she broke it once, yesterday.

As for the bite-box, it's basically the same as table work, just a different name. She already is an intense dog but the kind of intensity she brought out on the bite-box, holy cow. If glares could kill, the helper would have dropped dead on the floor. It almost looked like she wanted to shoot laser beams at him.

Her foot is on the sleeve. She is guarding it from the helper.

Such nice weather for training! If it snowed like that here in the south, I could not even get to the training club because there would be traffic accidents every 15 feet for the entire 30 mile drive.

By the way, how old is Nala?
