I am in need of a good quality padded leather harness. my trainer told me ELITEK9 is good. Did anyone else get their harness' from there? How is or was the quality how long does it last.
If not, Where did you get it from? How is the quality? does it last long. Thanks |

I have the one from Bridgeport. So far it's lasted almost 3 years but I know people who've used them for 10 years or so. I have a size Large and have used it on dogs from 4 months up, there's plenty of range in how it can be adjusted. I like that it has a leather handle on the back, sometimes we do work where I'm right there with the dog and this is easy to use for control.

I bought the tracking harness for doing protection(not tracking) from Bridgeport equipment, price is great, excellent quality. I haven't used it in a year or more.
I would see if someone in your club will let you borrow one if you don't want to invest....they usually aren't used after the dog is more experienced. |
