Sorry- I'm not sure if "long send" is the right phrase or not (I think it might be the courage test?) but I am referring to the end of the protection phase when the dog and handler go to one end, and the helper goes to the other. The helper runs at the dog, and the dog is sent 50 yards or so to engage. It looks so intense! Anyone happen to have video from a helmet camera or anything? It must take serious balls to catch a GSD in this situation...
