Rules/ipo

My ring 3,9yr. old Cole is starting schutzhund where can I find the rules for Bh,Ipo 1 and are they the same Ipo and schutz.And since he is ring 3 mult times does he still have to do a BH or can we go right to level 1? Thanks Kellie

Yes, you have to still do a BH.
