Meaning of "ZVJS"

I googled it and see that it's a Czech utility title, (the ZV anyway) but what does the JS mean?

ZVV1 equiv. to SchH 1 correct?

The Czech titles are slightly different I think-but not sure the Zvv 3 is really hard to get I think-there is a site somewhere that explains it-maybe Maggie will show up
