Transport Needed, PA to WI

Hello! My name is David, and I’m a K9 handler and law enforcement officer.

I’m trying to rescue a GSD located at Central PA Humane Society in Altoona. I’m looking for someone to pull “Jake” and assist in getting him closer to Wisconsin.

I’m not entirely sure where else to start.

I’d appreciate any information you can provide.

I would start by contacting these two rescues and see if they could help you set up a transport

I would be prepared to give references to the rescue so they are confident the dog will be going to a good home.
