Wanting to help with transport

I am wanting to help if needed to transport. I have to make a trip from Camden,Tn to Hazen, Ark 2-3 times a month (this is a Sunday run). I have never done transport though. I have volunteered at Savannah, Tn animal shelter and I have fostered puppies for them. My husband also works for the sheriffs dpt here. Anyway I would be willing to transport between here and there I know its not a lot to offer but if it can help let me know. Also is there anything I need to know about transporting lol.
