Peter and Paula are awesome, they are a paid transport, but their rates are lower than some, if you are needing to get your dogs to a destination, try checking out their website, I am not being paid to do this, they are great folks who love dogs, They transported 12 GSD's 6 Adults and 6 pups over 2 weeks on 2 different trips to Mid Atlantic GSD rescue and
to All Shepherd Rescue. Dogs all arrived in great condition, if any of the kids get motion sickness, Peter will get them cleaned up, or if any have accidents, hes' on it. He takes them out for walks multiple times and he usually leaves at night so the dogs are quiet and generally sleep thru the whole trip. He goes up I-81 regularly and took our dogs to Baltimore, MD area, but he travels to Connecticut regularly to, and PA and probably in alot of the upper east areas. They are a great asset to rescue and he said if the darn gas prices come down, then they will lower their all ready low rates more. It was a blessing for us to use them as volunteer transport was difficult to obtain due to the high gas prices and generally volunteer was super full. Many of the volunteers would have problems handling GSD's too, so can't say enough about Peter, he knows how to handle big dogs, he's got two 130lb. biggins at his house(not GSDs).
With everyone's super busy schedule and limited time, this Transporter is a great Asset to any rescues.

Peter and Paula are a wonderful asset to the rescue world. Peter does an amazing job transporting the dogs, when you meet him you know that he is a true animal lover. All 6 GSDs we had transported by Peter arrived relaxed, in good spirits, clean and well hydrated. He even delivered them right to us...we did not have to meet in a parking lot somewhere and he accommodated our time frame. Excellent transporter.
