Trying to get this filled for this weekend. Hope a few volunteers can be found!!

Evening All, I haven't heard from anyone yesterday or today and it's starting to worry me!!! Nena, Gabby and Gabe still need 5 legs to get them to NY this weekend!!! We are looking for: Winston-Salem, NC to Wytheville, VA; Wytheville, VA to Beckely, WV; Beckley, WV to Ripley, WV; Ripley, WV to Cambridge, OH; Cambridge, OH to Akron, OH!!!! Nena has touched my heart - when she was pulled her owner left a picture of her curled up on a leather couch and asked the shelter to let him know when she was adopted. You see Nena was a very well loved dog and her owner is terminally ill and could no longer care for her and had to make the tough decision on what to do. Our rescue friend who pulled her contacted him and let him know where she was going. She told us that she could tell through his tears that he was happy that his precious Nena was going to be okay. It's just one dog now, Nena ... the G pups are on hold ... here's the latest update from Julie:

Morning All, We are so close!!! Only 2 legs needed to get Nena to her foster Mom!!!! Looking for drivers for: Ripley, WV to Cambridge, OH; Cambridge, OH to Akron, OH!!!!! There is also another possibility is this is more helpful - I have a person that could drive Ripley, WV to Parkersburg, WV but would need a driver from: Parkersburg, WV to Cambridge, OH!!!
