Louisiana/golf coast rescue flights action Sept. 18
Pilots N Paws|Saving the Lives of Innocent Animals is organizing a rescue flyway for dogs from the gulf area afflicted by the oil spill. Don't know whether dogs from other parts of LA can piggy back, but I hope.
They will be flown to designated meetup spots in several parts of the country (so far FL, VA, NJ, WI, possibly more) They are looking for rescues and shelters that can take dogs. Please contact pilotsnpaws @ gmail. com (spaces added) if you are a reputable rescue or shelter and could possibly take a dog or two, or more.
