Need to get Maceo from Dawn, in Dotham AL to Tampa. I can go to Ocala ideally, so need someone from Dotham to Ocala (anything helps!)

I saw this recommended for transporting - might be a good option.

I live In tallahassee. I can go from tallahassee to I-75 or maybe a bit longer. Or if you know any one else I could meet half way to Dothan at the Highway exit and drive to Tallahassee. Drove through Dothan to get Dakota 2 weeks ago, so the drive there is too long to go the whole way. I might be able to go from Exit 128/131(I think) to the I-75/I-10 junction. That would take out a 2 1/2 hour leg, if you can't find anyone else. Just message me If I can help.

Thanks!! Can you guys contace Dawn and see how far she can go from her end? And maybe someone can take Dotham to the panhandle and GSD Sunshine can go get him and bring him to tali and ghost wolf could go get him and bring him to Gainsville, and I could pick him up there.

That sounds like a good plan! One thing I should mention though, I have a sports car, so not much room in the back. I can't even fit my dog's airline kennel into it. Can this pup ride in the backseat ok?
-Jackie Oh one other thing...I'm not sure how to contact Dawn. I didn't see this guy's story, just saw the post that mentioned his transport to FL. |

I contacted Dawn. From what I gather she is trying to get him on a transport with a beagle that is going through Montgomery to Tampa. She doesn't know what has been filled yet. I'm going to email her contact later tonight and gather more info.

Thanks, sounds like he has a transport! Woohoo!
However "Scared and Hungry" from urgent at the same shelter appears to need transport down here also.
