This is for Alabama (from the urgent section) to Chicagoland GSD rescue. He is heartworm positive, and they have graciously offered to take him in and get him started on his heart worm treatment.

All he needs is one short leg, to get him to the vet's office located in Skokie, IL where he can begin his Heartworm treatment.

Any time (before the vet office closes) on Monday, October 5th

Highland, IN to Skokie, IL - 52 minutes
