ROLLING PRAIRIE IN TO NORTH HERO VT

This Transport is for Echo Dogs White Shepherd Rescue. We are trying to get Ashley to her forever home. Shely is looking forward to going to her forever home. She is a very sweet. If you can be of assistance, or know someone who could help, please contact me. Below is what her foster mom thinks of her and how she is doing:

**She is as sweet as she can be and has been a great houseguest. Our greys and her get along great. She runs and plays with them some in the yard but does not seem to play with toys much. She likes to know where Dee and I are at all times. She is a very good eater and we have been feeding her Eagle Pack Natural. She eats twice a day. She has been getting about 2 cups at each feeding. Usually around 7 in the morning and 6 or 7 at night.

Please make sure that you transfer the vetting paperwork to the next driver. It MUST accompany the dog!!!!!!!!!

ECHO DOGS TRANSPORT SHEET

Breed: White German Shepherd
Age: My vet said he thought between 1 1/2 to 2 years old
Sex: Female

Neutered/Spayed? Will be spayed Aug 24th
Size/weight: would say about 50#
UTD on shots, including rabies: We have her Rabies, 1yr., MI., Vac Serial # 5833963 and tag number 25615

Overall health? Good...She will have a heartworm test time of spay and also I will need the chip for her.
Housebroken? Never has had an accident in the house. Very good about asking to go out.
Does she get along with other animals? She has been living with our 7 greyhounds for the last month with no problems.

Does she get along with children? Yes
Does she get along with Men? / Women? Yes
Any behavior problems? She does not like to be crated when we leave for work. She has always been crated and somedays has a bit of a red nose from trying to get out of crate. Has done some damage to crate. She is crated with all our dogs so she isn't ever alone.

Is a crate optional or mandatory ? We have never let her loose in house and left the premises. She is free at night when she sleeps and behaves very well.
If so, is one provided and what size is it?
Items traveling with: papers, leash, collar, health certificates I will have her Rabies certificate, and will get any paperwork from vet after the spay Monday. I believe she came with a premier collar leash combo.

I did a leg of this transport and Miss Ashley was wonderful, I had some time before her next leg so took her for a walk in a park.
