If I'm reading this right, Henry and Cheryl are trading dogs :&gt Legs 3 and 4

We (Echo) has a transport going in the opposite direction. Henry is bringing Baby from Jeffersonville to Cincinnati where he will hand off to Cheryl and pick up these 2 boys.

Now there's efficiency and teamwork! They are each taking dog(s) in both directions :&gt
