Biscuit needs to go from Ohio to Massachusetts
I am taking in Biscuit--from the urgent threads, have been approved by the shelter, she was on her last week!
Need help having somebody pick her up from there and looking to relay her towards Massachusetts! She's ten and needs a chance at being loved! Anyone? Jennifer

It would help if you could map out the exact route that she needs to travel and break that down into "legs" with a time frame, etc.

Maybe this can help a bit...St. Clairsville is not far from Pittsburg, PA. The route described by Mapquest is as follows:
I-70 E from ST. Clairsville-to Pennsylvania- I-76/Pennsyvania Turnpike 1-81/Pennsylvania Turnpike towards Harrisburg I-78E towards Allentown, PA I-287 through NJ near Morristown, crosses in to NY I-87/NYThroughway I-84 in to Connecticut. This can go either up I-91 to Springfield, MA or towards Eastern CT, I can get her in either place. About 580 miles to Springfield, which is about 150 miles from me, though I can go further with help from a friend. I have a neck/back issue that keeps me from being able to drive much past that. JD

Only one leg to go
ECHO posted a volunteer car to car transport for Biscuit and only has one more Leg to fill, which I am trying to help them find coverage for this Sat. 1.24: Leg 8 Schodack, NY to Springfield, MA Approx 87 miles 1 hour 30 Min Leave Time 6:45 PM Arrive Time 8:15 PM *****NEEDED***** Thanks! |
