Does anyone know the lady that has the pup personaly?
I am trying to reach her. We have a vet that needs more information before they will commit to helping. She is not at the number posted on Craigslist. The vet says we only have a couple days to get started, from the original injury, or it will be to late to help. We need her vet information so they can call. It seems that if we don't get her fixed ASAP we wil not be able to do anything.

Okay, we do have a vet willing to try. Problem is he says the dog must start transport now. He looked at the posting, and said from the date of the posting, we are on borrowed time. I am trying desperatley to get a hold of the poster. Does any one know if they could start rolling this way if we get to the poster in time? Any one know a small plane pilot that might fly the little one our way? It is a 24 hour round trip for me, and 1500 miles. Any time cut off will increase the chances for this pup.
We have an air strip in Vernonia where the recue is.
Ideas anyone?

I am trying to see if we can get the dog to Redding. If I can ever get a hold of the poster, we could get the ball moving. She is probably at work today.

Here's the vet clinic that is taking care of the initial vetting - maybe you already have this information as the e-mail I just received said that a person in Oregon is working on getting her there -

Pet Medical Center and Spa
621 W. Fallbrook Ave.
Fresno, CA 93711
(559) 436-4444

Good news.
I think we have it all worked out.
The pup should fly into Portland tomorrow afternoon, and arrive at the vet clinic by 4:00 PM our time.
Just keep you fingers crossed nothing goes wrong.
Thank you all, for all your help.
I will keep you posted.
I think we will call him "Fresno" instead of Ditch. Ditch makes me think of thoses aweful pictures.
