Star seems to know this is where she belongs.
OT: (kind of): It would be cool if someone could do a documentary about Kyle because when I put Star on the van, it was a white Chevrolet Cargo van with some crates in it and they picked up one other dog in Clanton, which came from Port St. Joe, Fl. Then I see the pics of the trailer and the dogs coming off, and there's my Star girl. I'd love to see the inbetween parts.

I agree Dawn, I'd love to see a full documentary on Kyle so we can watch the dogs from A to Z with all the happy stops in between.
Got a quick update tonight from Paul. He is euphoric. He says that Star is far more than what he expected, that he would have put up with lots of imperfections but he can't find any. And oh yes, he said there was one little issue. He can't get anything else done in his life because she's velcro, and his only fear at this point is that he's going to take a tumble over her. He said she's fully housebroken, settles nicely into her crate at night in the dining room, and the kids next door were outside when he took her for a walk and she did great with them. He wants to take me to breakfast in the morning. Maybe I'll get a couple of good meals out of all this. |

[/ QUOTE ] Who could possibly be any better parent than that! How heartwarming and we're just at the tip of the iceberg. I will look forward to many, many updates on Paul and Star!

I used to walk the dogs on Kyle's transport at three AM in front of the Petsmart in Hagerstown. It was their potty break. It was always a fascinating experience. Many-many different dogs and behaviors. They now have the potty break in WV and I am missing the nightly adventure.
