Meet Sarge

Hi everybody. I haven't been back on the forum since adopting Sarge from a local pound. He's been with us for four months now, and is 15 months old. He lives full-time in the house, and has been the greatest. The people that turned him in claimed he was vicious and uncontrollable, but has never been aggressive toward my family or bothered anything in the house. I have sleep apnea, and when I am not breathing well in the night, he noses my cheek and paws my arm to wake me and check on me. He's very affectionate and likes to stay close to us all over the house. We couldn't be happier with him.

What a handsome boy! Isn't it funny how they check on us. My last shepherd would make the rounds at night to make sure everyone was ok.
