6 Month Sable Male, GA

Mauser is a 6 month old red sable male. He has had a hard start to his life being abused and neglected in a muddy pen with just his mother for company for the first 5 1/2 months of his life. He is scared but wants to be loved. He will lick your hand then flinch prepared to be hit. He needs a home with lots of love to give. He is great with cats, dogs, and kids! He would do best in a home with another dog friend for playtime company. He is crate trained and quiet all night, and is well behaved and likes to lay down in the bathtub for baths.He walks well on a leash, and rides great in a car He is a sweet boy with so much love to give. He will be fully vetted, microchipped and altered before adoption. A fenced in back yard is a requirement for this puppy. Adoption Fee: $350 Home Safety Check and Veterinary References required prior to adoption.
Mauser is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained.

BTW... that boy is GORGEOUS!

When we leave the city sometime in the next few years, I will prob attempt to foster if needed wherever we end up. I just don't have the room for all that at the moment!!!! But, boy, if I didn't have Cullen, I would take this one!

He is quite a thick boy, looks like he will be quite large!

see i thought the opposite. when he is wet he is skin and bones. I think he may be a plush coat. Not a long haired, but deffinately not your regular coat either. I would guess him to be about 25 pounds underweight. He does have some tree trunks for arms though!

Well, Cullen is the same way!

When I gave him a bath a few weeks ago, he looked like a wet sewer rat! He is very boney/skinny underneath!!!! And, he is a healthy weight, eats well, etc. But he does have a plushier coat than some!

What a wonderful dog, likes baths, Wow! Wonder what happened to his mom. They both deserve loving warm homes.
