This is such a heartwarming thread. I read it from start to finish. Rocky looks so happy to have a family that loves him.

Oops hit enter by accident- I have a HUGE bond with him- He Still remebers me and my home. He is one spoiled loved pup by his furlife home! I am SO proud of him! It took him a good month to get comfy with us even touching him- Now, he is great in public, around all people- RUNS up to them wagging his tail and whole body I am SOOOOO proud of him!!!!!!! He is such a great pup! I am SOOOO glad that we were able to get him out of that shelter- He means the world to his new parents and I!!

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away.

This is such a great story and I am SOOOO glad that you were able to rescue him!! What I don't understand is how on earth someone confused him with a dobie puppy and butchered his ears that way?? Some people are just plain stoopid! At least he is happy and loved now!!

We do believe he is a shep/dobie mix- He is full grown and he does have the body shape of a dobie- Shepherd features- Dobie body
