Default hormones, new food and itching

Hello,
I have a 15 month adolescent intact male. Through events that I had no control over, I had to change his food and it happened at a time that he was ga-ga over his sister who was in season. That's when the itching started. I tried a detoxifier (Nux Vomica), I tried fasting him for a day, I put him back on his original food for 4 weeks(raw), I tried a Chinese herbal remedy with my homeopathic vet, I tried a complete omega cap...No relief. His ears look like they're all chewed up on the edges and he's scratched patches in his side. He had antibiotics to take care of a secondary infection and an antehistamine. Now he's hoarse all the time. He gets a broad spectrum probiotic every day.
Does anyone have any other suggestions???
Thank you.

I had a gsd that was so itchy he was almost bald above his tail. Turns out he had tapeworms, when was the last time you wormed your gsd?

All symptoms cleared up after worming for us.

Same post in the health section. Please do not post the same thing in multiple threads.
