I am drying some beef for treats. What temperature should I use in my oven?
Thank you,

I cut the meat into little cubes, put them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet, put it in a cold oven and turn it to 300 degrees- after an hour I turn it down to 210, open the door a bit to let the moisture escape and bake another 2 hrs or until they're dried. If you have thin slices of beef it would take less time

OK. Thank you. I mostly cut it into small cubes. I was guessing at the temp, so have it a bit cool.

There's also a recipe for beef crunchies in this sub-forum though I think Stosh has pretty much described it to you already.
[EDIT]- here: Beef Crunchies And yes- it states the same temps as Stosh mentioned...

I used my dehydrator and they came out just like beef jerkys.
I heard 200 degrees if you are using the oven.
