Angle Lush with Pineapple
I found this recipe and thought I would try it as you can see in the pictures. It was so good I thought I would share
  1 pkg-(4-seriving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding 1 can ( 20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 1 cup thawed cool whip topping 1 prepared round angel food cake ( 10 oz) 1cup fresh seasonal berries mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. cut cake into 3 layers. place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture, repeat layers 2 times. refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving. store leftovers in refrigerator.

Cook I'm not, truth is I don't spend much time in the kitchen now that the kids are all gone but I must say this turned out pretty good and it is yummmmy. Max loves it.

When Max was a pup he would eat the fruit, now he wont. Now Enzo, he would eat it whole.
Pictures do help but I ask you, why does it never look like the picture in the book? LOL
