jealous puppy

I got a new mate for Vicky today a very young golden retriever , they are both fine together, and as any normal family would do they would start caring more for the new puppy , Vicky was ok but then tonight she started being mad and jealous of her and started biting her and when ever we try to pet her she runs away or bites my family, she sometimes does the same with me but i spend more time with her.
is that jealousy or what is that? I care and play more with her but she still acts weird hoe do I make her feel better? I really need help I am very sad now and I fell like she loves me no more :'(

OK, you've messed up a bit there.

Senior dog ALWAYS comes first; gets the most attention; has good things happen when the puppy is around. You've let this get mixed up. Change now so that Sr. dog sees pup as a valuable resource rather than a PIA that's taking all the attention from the humans in the house. Pup is secondary - now and forever.
