puppy eating grass
I am sick and tired of this , she keeps eating grass everytime I take her to the background , and results are she vomits and gets sick.
I had her trained for the "leave it" command , she listens to me and leaves all what I ask her to , but never listens when its about grass , I have been hitting her for eating grass for 2 weeks now , and I feed her well, what should I do she is driving me crazy

All my dogs graze to some extent. I have one that gets sick from time to time but that's it... I just don't worry about it. How sick does your pup get or does he just eat grass and then vomit and it's over with?

she vomits and has diharria , untill next day she is all fine , but then I take her to the background and she starts eating , and next day she gets sick again , and repeat...

Are you sure she/he likes what they're eating? Or isn't eating too much? A lot of times they will eat grass if they have an upset stomach

yes she does because she sometimes leave some food , can you tell me how to make her stop •_• she is driving me crazy

It's a common issue with some GSD's,
my girl seemed to do it when she was shedding.
Not sure if that was the reason, but she would do a dance to get outside to eat grass.

First of all, please stop hitting your puppy. It's obviously not working and it is not a good way to discipline your dog.

I'm certainly no expert, but I would suspect that she's not happy with her food and it's upsetting her stomach.

when she doesn't like the food she gets served , she doesn't eat it , so I give her another meal and she eats it all , she keeps sniffing and eating grass .

It's not bad for them, it's actually good for them. This article explains it Chlorophyll for Dogs | Why Your Dog Needs It Daily

llombardo, I was looking for that article to post:)

Russ eats grass sometimes. I would only care if the grass had chemicals on it.

If a dog is excessively eating grass (noticeable difference than normal grass eating) I would pay attention and worry about bloat.

Don't hit the pup. What if she honestly doesn't feel good or the food you are feeding is making her sick. There are so many reasons dogs do this.
