Default A pooped Puppy!

Toda my husband asked me to go to his work with him (he's the general supervisor and has been working on projects on organization). I knew what the place looked like prior to his organization so I agreed. I asked him if anyone would be there and he stated no. I asked him if I could take our puppy. The look was priceless. He looked at me like I needed to get a life but I thought of it as opportunity. A place no other dogs have been to my knowledge with a wide open area to walk seemed like a fantastic idea. Well, he agreed.

So off we go to his work, we walk in and Geist is being a good boy. I'm walking with him like I just won the lottery and looking at my husband like "see I told you it's a good idea". We are walking and my husband sees something he wants to move. I tell him to give it a couple minutes so I can walk a bit away from the forklift because I don't want Geist to get scared. So we walk away, Hubby moves what he wanted to move, and hubby is still on the forklift and we walk a little closer to it. I'm watching Geist's reaction to the noisy thing. Closer and closer we get and he looks more curious and we continue to get closer. We are standing right next to it and the pup seems fine. I was one happy girl! We continue to walk around, I have treats and see pallets, I walk over the pallets, the pup follows me, I walk over collapsible containers and the pup follows. He's just watching me, copying what I do.

I can see my husband a good 100 yards away and I ask him if he has the treats I gave him and he says yes. I tell him, call him to you and give him a treat. Husband calls him, Geist runs over to him. I call him back, Geist comes running. Back and forth, back and forth. I tell husband to start the forklift up and then lets try it again. He goes to him. YAY!

We got home and Geist got a bath & passed out for a few hours. Such a good boy.
