then he moves his tail so fast and jumps and run and when i want to touch him he tries to bite:O

Sounds like he's playing, might be the "zoomies" too. They like to bite, You can look up "redirection" on how to curb the biting, doesn't happen overnight, takes time and consistency.

it sounds like your dog is very excited to see you. My kali used to do the same. However the more time i spend with her the less this happened :D of course, i also trained her to stop biting, and it worked. she picked up really fast, and mind you she's been with me for a little over 2 months.
she mostly jumps before i feed her, and when she sees the leash because she knows we go out :D out = meeting other dogs, and making friends, haha

Is the date January 24, 2014? If so, puppies are usually learning how hard is too hard to bite from their littermates right now.

Lots of training is a start, helped me out a lot when my girl Tess was a puppy. Tess was a constant biter, from the moment I let her out of her crate in the morning......she'd run right toward me and start biting me. I tried everything with her, turning my back, leaving the room, saying "no bite", etc.... Teaching her basic commands would help somewhat but the biggest factor was her growing up. She is a year and a half now and a totally different dog. Yes, time is a huge factor when it comes to GSD's.

Good luck!

Yep, I think the pup will grow out of most of it. With the harder bites I'd respond with a firmer 'correction'. Our pup gets the idea & turns to licking.
