Default Piddling?

My 15 week baby has a piddling habit. We've had him for about a week and a half. He piddles when he's happy to see you. He piddles when you pet him. He piddles when you put on his collar. He does not piddle when meeting new people. When getting in trouble and when were doing anything such as car rides and vet visits. What's going on?!

Lots of puppies this age are "excited pee-ers", my own included. Rule out a UTI or any medical reason, but beyond that all you can really do is be consistent with the potty training (weak bladder muscles at a young age plays a role), don't make a big deal of it, avoid over-excitement (we hate the "OMG PUPPY!!!!!" talk in our house... instant puddle)... just carry on business as usual. It's not really something you can correct them for... most will outgrow it.
