Puppy chewing kids mercilessly

Baron is twelve weeks. He doesn't chew on or attack the legs of my husband and i very much anymore but the kids are a different sorry.

No matter what they do he won't stop. Suggestions?

We've tried saying no, they don't move. Distract him with a toy etc.

Keep him leashed or tethered. He has no business having access to the kids until he has learned manners.
