Default Charli ALWAYS wants to play with other dogs

Charli is now 4 months. I live with 2 roommates who also have dogs (4 year old rotti and 10 year old lab mix) and ever since I brought charli home every time she's around them, she ALWAYS wants to play with them. The only way I get her to calm down is when she is in my room with me. Same goes when she sees another dog on our walks. She pulls and pulls and goes nuts wanting to play. Is this just a puppy phase thing or are there things I can do to help train that out of her?

Taking a puppy class usually helps them learn that they don't have to and can't play with every dog they meet, but at 4 months old it's normal.

i would enroll in a puppy class. set up some play dates so you
can train and socialize around other dogs.

I have started bringing her to puppy classes. It's only been a few weeks though, but can only take her a month at a time due to my work schedule. And like I mentioned, I also live with 2 other dogs and all the other dogs around in the small hamlet I live Are older. Except for the RCMP k-9 in training.

She can be around older dogs. I just find a lot of the older dogs don't really like how she plays. She lunges at them and bites at their jowls and is just in general excitable.
