Default Puppy likes to bite and run to strangers

Hi guys, I have a 3 months girl and she is very friendly to everyone.

But she likes bite my hand when I petting her, it is light bite but I'm afraid it will gets serious once she change to her adult teeth.

Right now I'm using "Ouch" method, I would say "Ouch" out loud whenever she bites me, she will stop for a second but then she will bite my hand again. She just likes to do it for fun!

Another question is when we walk outside, she gets happy to see strangers, she likes to follow them and jump on them. She listen to "Sit" and doing it very well when we are in the house but she would ignore the command when she gets exciting outdoor.

How can I stop her from biting and jumping to strangers?

Your kind suggestion is appreciated, please help, thanks!

CUTE GIRL...Do you keep her on a leash?
That's the best way to teach her not to jump on people..
