Puppy only bites Me
 

So Titan is 4 months old and he thinks I am his personal play/chew toy I don't have bruises but my hands and arms are chewed up he breaks skin everyday on me my two sons and my wife he doesn't even try to bite I don't know what to do to correct this problem.with me he has to be attached to my arms when i'm with him and i'm the one that feeds him gives him baths exercise car rides everything.some help would be appreciated.

There are several things you can try, but the best is to simply walk away.

I've used a combination of 'NO BITING' and then get up and walk away and ignore her. She's caught on very quickly that she doesn't have anyone to play with if she starts biting.

She'll sit right in front of me if I'm watching television or to the side of me if I'm at one of the computers and I just ignore her. I don't even look at her.

She finally gets the hint and finds something else to chew on besides me.

For the first time today she did not bite me or try to bite me while we were playing. She turned 14 weeks today.

My puppy does the same thing. You have to understand that when he was still with his litter, this is how he communicated with his mother and littermates. It's probably all in play/fondness, and definitely has nothing to do with aggression or liking you less or anything.

Have you ever seen a dog shut anothers dogs mouth, even mama with pups? Not cool grabbing kids, people, for sure drawing blood.
