Some really great advice here. I can only add one little bit: put the toys away when it's not play time. Then YOU take them out and play with them, one at a time, with your little one. That way the toys are "new" and you are a magical person than can pull squeaky rabbits out of the hat!
It sounds like your new one is just like my now 2 y.o. when she was younger...never-ending energy! (I'm just grateful the new little guy is more driven by food than play...at least for now!) I honestly don't know if we would have survived the first year (or the last!) without the off-leash dog park! I don't care what anyone says about dog parks...unless you are someone that has unlimited time or likes to bike/jog, there is no way you can completely expend the physical energy of a puppy with high play drive. My female LOOOOOVES the park - and on top of her complete exhaustion, she also is a rock star with ANY dog and is very friendly with any human...so long as there isn't another dog to steal her interest!
