Ive never had a problem with the tree. Like someone else said cats on the other hand, are little terrors with the tree. So many broken ornaments

Well this is something I hadn't anticipated.

Spirit doesn't care about the tree at all, but he does want the kitty who's hiding under the tree

Haha Right there with you! Zeus just wants the window behind the tree...Athena wants the white tail swaying below it! As a Christmas fanatic, I'm dumbfounded that I only have the lights on it thus far!

The Christmas tree, as it turns out, is really no big deal for Spirit. I'm shocked. It's full of balls and Spirit is over-the-top ball obsessed, yet he hasn't disturbed a single one of them. So many decorations worth a good chew session ... no appeal at all.

Just when you think you have them figured out, eh?

I don't have a live tree, but its got lights, tinsel, and ornaments on it and my dog leaves it alone. I'm afraid if I ever get a live tree he'd pee on it..

Gonna find out with 8 month old Lydi in a few weeks!

Other dogs could care less, but Lydi is a real piece of work so who knows about her!

I guess you would have to be careful with a male puppy eh? LOL oh look, they brought the bathroom indoors for me LMAO!

Kyleigh's never seen a christmas tree, and probably never will.

Between two parrots and a cat, there's not a hope in heck of me putting up a tree!

Seriously, I've never had a tree since I moved out. I had two kittens, and then when they were about a year or so, I got into rescuing ferrets. A tree in the house with ferrets? And then onto the rest of the zoo? I'll pass!

I do remember a long time ago we had a real tree (I was about 12 or 13) and we had two cats. That tree wasn't up and decorated more than 10 minutes before it crashed to the ground - smashed ornaments everywhere, water all over the place and pine needles?

That memory has been sealed in my head forever! I'll just enjoy my sister's tree ... she always has two and they are gorgeous!
