Default 7 month old exercise regime check-in

Hi all,
I'd like your thoughts on how well you feel I'm exercising my girl. She'll be 7 months on 1/9. Here we go.
M-F, 6a, my dad walks her for about 45 mins.
7a, training session then i walk her to the park (half hour walk), she plays off leash for an hour. Then half hour walk back (mommy has to work )

My mom is home with her all day, she takes her out to poop/pee every four hours (with brief walks) and plays with her briefly at home.

My dad comes home around 7p, off to a tennis court by our apartment for an hour or so of off leash play.

She gets home, we work on training. We work on obedience and training throughout the day, practice NILIF on everything.

On weekends, same routine with a doggy park. then we take a car ride to a walk around a different park. If I get ride, we may go hiking (doesn't happen often).

Just curious if you feel this is enough to keep her healthy and happy. If not, any thoughts?

My first thought was that you have one amazing dad! It's awesome that he is willing to help out.

What you are doing sounds fine. It takes a lot of time to take the edge off of their endless energy.

Sounds like a very lucky dog, doubt you'll ever have any behavior issues. Most people fall short of meeting their dog's exercise needs but you seem to be right on target. How about dog interaction?

Both YOU and your PUP sound as if you have a great life.

I am so afraid to take Kira off leash anywhere, besides a fenced in play area.

You've come a long way.

Thanks everyone. That is so amazing to hear. I was so nervous since we live in an apartment. And yes, she has no behavior issues AT ALL. She does have leash reactivity issues but we are working on that.

Though will all that exercise sometimes she still is a ball of energy at home.

As for our interaction with her, I think she gets too much . At home, it's all about her, she's always in our company and we're always either playing with her, do drive by training. Though we may have spoiled her a bit there. My dad can't lay on the couch without watching tv for an hour without her begging for attention. Otherwise, I just make a ball or bone the most exciting thing and that preoccupies her for a bit.

Anthony, we're lucky one of our parks and the tennis court is closed off, however, Marine Park in brooklyn which we go to sometimes isn't so I was nervous at first, especially if there's a jogger or a small dog, she'll just run and run after them. I had to really work on the STOP command with her, her recall is still so spotty.

High reward treat (steak if you have to) recalls. We use "come" for general recall (95% recall) and "touch" for times when there has to be no doubt, which was trained with cheese.
