What is the name of your pet insurance? do you have one?

I'm thinking of getting a pet insurance for my 5 month old GSD and I was just wondering if its worth it? I'm looking into Trupanion. How much do you pay a month and how much is your deductible? Any advice would be appreciated!

I have PetPlan and my deductible is $200. I think I pay about $350 a year. I pay each year up front so I don't have a monthly payment. I've had to use it once so far and they were great.
