Integrating Raw for Puppy

I'm going to start integrating a raw diet into my puppy's current commercial food diet. She is 8 weeks old. I read on a different website to start integrating chicken liver, gizzards, and hearts. Is this a good place to start? What's been your process?

Use a commercial raw. It's balanced and complete.

I waited until my youngest was almost a year to start all of mine on raw. I would do a balanced commercial raw for a puppy.
