Constipation- diarrhea

Hi,my 6 month old is 68 lbs and gets 4,5 % of his current body weight fed a day. Which is almost 3 lbs but he is very lean and got no puppy fat BUT started limping a week ago vets taking xrays this weekend. Now---
1- is he eating too much? I know sounds a lot but he is lean and hungry?
2- i started following this ratio every day
40 RMB (always chicken necks or backs)
50 MM (beef or veal chunks or chicken breast)
5 liver
5 kidney

Problem is he had bad constipation from this so kept lowering the rmb content to 20% and that gave him runny poo. now he is on only 25% percent of bone and constipated again. Cant get the correct proper poop out of him. Either constipated or diarrhea. My other pups doing great with 40 % RMB. I dont want to give too little bone but i dont know how to adjust this either.
