Default finicky eaters

Feeding raw to 3 dogs, 1 cat. The GSD and the cat eat everything no questions asked so to speak. The Multipoo and the chihuahua however are finiky. Neither one will eat tripe and I have to warm up the beef and fat meal and liver/kidney/lungs. Everyone LOVES chicken necks/legs/backs whole with no need to warm or anything. I do not mind giving the little dogs a warmed up meal (no I do not cook it all the way, it touches the pan for about a minute in heated olive oil just enough to warm with maybe a slight brown. How do I het tnem to eat the tripe? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have not been able to make a dog eat something he dislikes.
They don't have to eat tripe, though..
