How much should a 4 month puppy eat?

I have 2 littermate puppies, 4 month old. They have been on a raw diet since they were 4 weeks old.
I feed around 2.5lbs daily (each puppy) divided into 3 meals.
Does that sound enough? I ask cause they never seem to think it is enough, always want more.
The boy weighs 55lbs, girl weighs 46lbs.
Plus, which meal do you recommend should be the biggest? Lunch is their biggest.

I think that's more than enough. It should be 2-3% of their IDEAL weight (at least that's what I've read and that's what I go by).

I don't think it matters which meal is biggest.

Extra weight is not good for them.

Yes, it sounds like it would be enough - but go according to your dogs' condition. If they seem too thin, feed a bit more. If they seem too rolly-polly, feed a bit less.

Hard to tell with puppies, because they can go through a growth spurt where they shoot up, and appear too ribby as all their energy is going into growing - feed a bit more at those times until they seem to balance out, then cut down to their previous amounts.

And each dog/puppy is different - some will do well with less food, and some will need to be fed more in order to stay in good condition, so dog go strictly by set amounts, use your judgement on a case-by-case basis.
