Green tripe

I went and asked three different butchers today about green tripe. No luck. I asked at the one pet store here also no luck. Where do you find green tripe?

Greentripe.com

I would see if any pet stores that sell raw have it (in a wider search area). Maybe they can special order it for you. Try finding a local raw co op.

I buy Tripett, the canned version.
Petkind Tripett | Original Formula Green Beef Tripe

I usually order it from Amazon.

I buy the canned type also - from my local feed store, and they also sell it on chewy.com

I forgot about chewy.com. Their price plus shipping is actually better than Amazon's right now.

I think they are great!! We do kibble + raw mix, so I have free auto-ship for the kibble and tripe, plus I like buying toys and chews from there too! It's easy and I dont have to drag it all home from the feed store lol

This is a good product and you don't have to deal with a great lump of tribe (yuk)

I get tripe from Greentripe.com and in the summer from a local butcher: $5.00 for an entire tripe. I cut it up in large pieces and they have a good time with it. You'll get used to the smell.
I doubt that the canned version is as healthy since canning needs the contents to be heated.
