Last wednesday (May 9th) Ruby had her first litter of pups. 7 girls and 2 boys. All are healthy and doing well. Mama hasn't been as well, but getting better!

I don't have single shots of each pup uploaded yet, but will soon. The last pic is of Ike, the dad. He is black and red and such a sweet boy.

Oh, and as of right now, it looks like they are all black and tan and maybe one or two bi-color. I was told before that bi-color GSDs don't have tan on their face. Is this true?

Thanks! She is still bleeding quite hard, has a bladder infection (on an antibiotic), had a very high fever from the infection and the vet said possibly eclampsia but the antibiotic should help with that too. Plus she is on a calcium supplement.

Thanks! She does seem to be better now. Just can't wait for the little bit of bleeding to stop.
