Most of them are VERY particular who they allow their dogs to stud to because they only want to improve their lines and want the best progeny coming back to them. Once you start back showing your bitch, in obedience, breed ring, agility, herding, Sch or whatever you choose to title in. Then you'll also start meeting up with the other GSD people that have the same breeding goals that you do! Should be a cinch to then get the best stud with your female. And the best stud owners will look at all your titles and be glad to help. Good luck!
